
Howdy! Welcome to my blog posts. I don’t have a set schedule currently, but once I get this foundation done I’ll be excited to routinely be able to talk to everyone in a more personal manner through here. Answer questions, details, whatever. I should always be available to talk on instagram but I imagine that’ll get too busy at some point. Anyway, welcome!
Many years ago my diet was fast food multiple times a week, soda daily, and processed junk food every hour in between. Then one day I realized how much I’ve been missing out on all these amazing foods the world has to offer that I didn’t want what I’ve been having my whole life. I wanted something new, and I would never go back.
After my first cooking course I had made my own, to me what I considered, a restaurant level dish: carbonara. This truly opened my eyes. I had created something that woke up my taste buds and I realized that I am not beneath making incredible, unctuous to-die-for meals that I had previously thought were unobtainable($$$).
Years later, I have been a barista, baker, bartender, and I never once stopped cooking. I’m cooking every day. And I really want to be able to cook for everyone and do this forever. Make recipes for others and create things that would never exist.
